Stephen Covey in his excellent book First Things First says the essence of the human life is: To live, to love, to learn and to leave a legacy.
I am in the middle of moving to Savannah Georgia, but nothing would make me happier than to leave a living legacy of the Bay Area Future Salon to continue. Well, not only legacy, but also the benefit of being able to participate in these interesting events remotely via our webcast.
If you have enjoyed the Future Salon over the years and want it to continue, or just want to say good by, please join me and Aslan Noghre-kar this Friday the 27th of May at 6pm PST at SAP Labs 3410 Hillview Avenue. [map]
Goal is to build teams around themes that we would like to cover in a Future Salon, split up the upcoming month, ideally into 2012, the year when the world will end anyhow ;-)
The Future Salon’s tag line is: Boldly creating a world that works for all. Let’s continue that quest. Hope to see you there.
In good old tradition we will go to Pizza my Heart on University right afterwards for the interesting conversations until late in the night. If you can’t come to the get together at SAP Labs, try to join us at the Heart. Really would love to see all of you before I am taking off.
